The pipe band competition complies with the rules of the BAG and the RSPBA and will be judged by adjudicators from The Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association. This event is part of the 19th edition of The Peine Highland Gathering and will take place in the city park of Peine, situated in Lower Saxony, near Hanover, Germany and offering a range of activities with ample opportunities for musical and social contacts. GRADE 4 - MARCH: 8 PARTS OF MARCHES OR HORNPIPES IN SIMPLE TIME WITHOUT TEMPO CHANGING BY YOUR OWN CHOICE GRADE 4 - MSR: MSR UNDER RSPBA GRADE 4A RULES THIS CAN BE 1 X 4 PARTED MARCH OR 2 X 2 PARTED MARCHES, 2 X 2 PARTED STRATHSPEYS AND 2 X 2 PARTED REELS.
