The complete Ivy League men’s and women’s basketball releases are posted online on Monday afternoons during the season. WEEKLY AWARDS The Ivy League will name Players and Rookies of the Week in men’s and women’s basketball beginning Monday, Nov. 16. The winners will be selected by a vote of the Ivy League Communications staff from nominations submitted by the schools’ sports information offices. The winners will be announced Mondays throughout the season. POSTSEASON AWARDS Following the end of the season, the Ivy League will announce its postseason awards in men’s and women’s basketball, respectively, as voted on by the League’s eight head coaches. The All-Ivy teams (first, second and honorable mention), Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Coach of the Year will be announced on Wednesday, March 9 for men’s basketball and Thursday, March 10 for women’s basketball.
