(0767) 24859 BAGANSIAPIAPI PENGUMUMAN NOMOR 800/BKPSDM-PPIP/2021/06 … TENTANG PENYERAHAN SURAT KEPUTUSAN PENGANGKATAN SEBAGAI CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL FORMASI TAHUN 2019 DI LINGKUNGAN PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN ROKAN HILIR Sehubungan dengan telah selesainya proses penetapan Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) bagi pelamar yang telah lulus Seleksi Akhir Penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Formasi Tahun 2019 oleh Badan Kepegawaian Negara Regional XII Pekanbaru, dengan ini kami informasikan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1. Keputusan Pengangkatan menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) di Lingkungan pemerintah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir terhitung mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2021, dan kepada CPNS Pemerintah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir yang namanya terdapat dalam lampiran pengumuman ini setelah menerima Surat Keputusan CPNS wajib melapor kepada unit kerja masing-masing. 2. Surat Keputusan Pengangkatan CPNS Formasi Tahun 2019 akan diserahkan oleh Bupati Rokan Hilir pada : a. Hari/ Tanggal : Senin/ 18 Januari 2021 b. Pukul : - Sesi I pukul 08.00 WIB - Sesi II pukul 10.00 WIB c. Tempat : Gedung H. Misran Rais, Jalan Utama Bagansiapiapi 3. Hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan : a. CPNS diwajibkan memakai kemeja putih lengan panjang, celana/rok hitam, sepatu hitam, memakai papan nama dan lambang korpri (bagi peserta yang berhijab, menggunakan hijab berwarna hitam). b. CPNS diwajibkan hadir pada pukul - Sesi I pukul 07.30 WIB (harap memarkirkan kendaraan di Jl. Muslimin atau Jl. Syahbandar) - Sesi II pukul 09.00 WIB (harap memarkirkan kendaraan di Jl. SGB di samping gedung H. Misran Rais) b. CPNS diwajibkan menyerahkan hasil pemeriksaan swab PCR (asli), swab antigen atau rapid tes dengan hasil negatif atau reaktif (tanpa terkecuali). c. CPNS diwajibkan menggunakan masker dan sarung tangan medis. d. CPNS dilarang memarkirkan kendaraan didepan gedung. e. Bagi CPNS yang berhalangan karena sakit wajib menyerahkan surat keterangan dokter dan surat kuasa pengambilan SK CPNS. f. Bagi CPNS yang tidak hadir dan mengambil SK CPNS pada waktu yang telah ditentukan, maka pengangkatan CPNS yang bersangkutan akan dipertimbangkan kembali. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of regional autonomy towards community development in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The usefulness of this research should be of theoretical, practical and academic benefit, of course. This type of research uses qualitative and quantitative research types that are descriptive based on the information the author obtained, through primary data and secondary data, with respondents totaling 200 people. The technique of analyzing the data the authors conducted a qualitative analysis that would be carried out through primary, secondary, and library sources. The analysis will use a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional autonomy carried out by the Government of the Indragiri Hulu Regency in the category did not go well. But on the other hand, the deliberation of the development plan (Musrenbang) through the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in the category is not running well with the policy of the City / Regency Government only prioritizing the local government and the central government.

The death of KPPS members massively raised questions for the public. This study aims to describe and analyze the cause of death of 15 KPPS officers. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing the data ethically and emically. This study used institutional analysis with the key informant being the General Election Commission (KPU) Riau. The findings of this study are first, the recruitment process of KPPS members has been conducted under the technical guidelines for recruitment but does not have regular standards. Second, the deaths of 15 KPPS members were due to exhaustion and medical history of internal disease. Third, the victims are given compensation by the government by established regulations. Bedekeh treatment is a tradition that stems from the teachings of the ancestors and it is implemented when the Akit community was in need of treatment services for diseases. This study outlines the empirical evidence concerning the problems associated with the globalization of culture. There is conflict between the values of local and global culture. The data in this study was collected through observational techniques, in-depth interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The batin and bomoh both play an integral role in the Akit tribal life cycle. The influence of globalization have influenced the use of the traditional rituals of the Akit. This has accelerated the loss of Akit oral traditions. The existence of the Akit tribal has recently been impacted by marginalization due to a number of internal and external factors. There are a number of factors affecting the growing marginalization of ritual treatment by bomoh of the Akit in tribe situated in the village of Hutan Panjang on Rupat Island. Firstly, is the effect of religious conversions by some members of the Akit. Secondly, there is the negative stigma that people from other communities associated with witchcraft. And thirdly, the development of science and technology in the treatment of health issues; including the influence of formal and informal education on Akit community and those they come into contact with.

This research was conducted from January to July 2019 in Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province for the purpose of investigating the prospects and economic potentials of blood cockle (Anadara granosa) cultivation in the regency. The methods used included a survey, direct observation and an in-depth interview with 65 marine cockle cultivators and related stakeholders in the three production centers of marine fisheries, namely Panipahan, Bagansiapiapi and Sinaboi. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and its business feasibility analyzed. The results showed that the blood cockle cultivation business of Rokan Hilir is very profitable (BCR 1.88 and PPC 1.92). In addition, the prospects of developing cockle cultivation is also good because of the wide (124,000,000 m2) land potential available, the low demand for high skills, and the accessibility for export of products to the Malaysian market. The results showed that the bottom estuary of the Rokan River are dominated by the mud sediment fraction. This type of mud sediment occupies almost the entire bottom of the estuary. This type of mud consists of a classification of coarse, medium, fine and very fine mud. Skewness of sediment are only very skewed and very fine skewed classification. The majority of sediment sorting goes into poorly sorted classification. Generally, sediments include into the classification of extremely leptokurtic. The sedimentation area for 72 years reaches 27,441.9 ha with accumulation rate of 343,0 ha/year. The highest sedimentation occurred in the coastal of Bagansiapiapi, sediment accumulation rate of 144.5 ha/year, the lowest in Halang Island 5.1 ha/year. On the right of the estuary of the Rokan River formed 3 islands namely Berkey Island, Serusa Islan, and Baru Island.
