Teamwork helped these associates win 2015 Pharmacy of the Year.

When Jen Leonard took over as pharmacy manager at Store 2006 in Clarkston, Wash., she saw it as an opportunity. Her goal: to increase sales, shorten prescription fill times, and boost her team’s morale. She’s succeeded, and more—and it’s due to teamwork. “Once we got everybody working together and doing what needed to be done, it became a smooth-running machine,” Jen explains.

KENDRA BAKER Department Manager, Jewelry Store 246 Skiatook, Okla. Scary-Good Associate Kendra Baker enjoys Halloween all October long. She applies different Halloween- themed makeup to her face each day of the month, and she paints her nails with a new, spooky design at least once a week. She also owns almost every piece of Halloween jewelry that Walmart sells. “I celebrate Halloween in the biggest way possible,” Kendra says. She was born in October and grew up in a family of horror buffs, so sharing her love of Halloween with Kendra Baker helps Darla Osburn, department her store is something that comes naturally.
