Granger is the EIU career leader in free throw percentage at 87 percent. He needs seven assists to join the EIU career top ten in that category. The Racers then shot 60 percent from 3-point range in the first half and 55 percent from beyond the arc for the game as they won 73-40. It was the first time EIU had been held to 40 points or less since Nov. 19, 2005 when the Panthers lost 80-35 at Xavier in Mike Miller’s first game as head coach. EIU shot 27 percent for the game as they fell to 5-1 at home. Jeremy Granger was the lone EIU player in double figures with 12 points.
