The AbilityOne program leverages a national network of more than 550 community-based nonprofit agencies and is administered by an independent Federal Agency- the U.S. AbilityOne Commission. Many citizens who are blind or have a significant disability are willing and eager to work, yet nearly 70% are unemployed. The AbilityOne Commission introduced the co-brand SKILCRAFT/PDQ for door hardware products on February 5, 2016. These products are being produced by VisionCorps a nonprofit agency based in Lancaster PA. As an AbilityOne Distributor and Industry Partner with VisionCorps.
