Dear Friends,

The 2010 elections are our first step in rebuilding our Party, and South Carolina must continue to lead the way for the rest of the country.

We have both been privileged to work with our Chairman, Katon Dawson, to grow the South Carolina Republican Party. The Chairman’s job is a daunting one and requires tremendous dedication and sacrifice. South Carolina Republicans owe Katon and Candy Dawson a huge debt of gratitude for their dedication and service. The best way to thank them is to continue to build upon the foundation Katon has laid. And that is why we are writing you today.

We have identified a leader who is uniquely qualified to help lead our South Carolina Republican Party. He was tested in the toughest battles and has played a key role in nearly every top-of-the-ticket campaign in South Carolina over the last decade.

This leader is Kevin Hall.

From coordinating phone banks to assisting in campaign strategy, he has served in just about every volunteer role possible. Throughout all of his service, he never made a dime from the campaigns he’s helped. He does it because he is a true believer in our party and in the conservative cause. He does it because he understands that if we’re going to reclaim our credibility as Republicans, we must recruit and support candidates who will be true to our ideals and principles.

And today we are asking you to join us in supporting Kevin to become the next Chairman of the South Carolina Republican Party.

Kevin’s philosophy of volunteerism is exactly what built our Party’s grassroots organization. Who better to recruit and organize new volunteers for our party than someone who has volunteered so much of his own time and talent.

Kevin has also been extraordinarily successful in fundraising for Republican candidates. Not only has he served in prominent finance roles in both of our campaigns, but he co-chaired the 2008Victory Finance Committee for the SCGOP. He knows the lifeblood of any successful campaign is the financial ability to get our message to the voters.

These are challenging times for the Republican Party and we need Kevin Hall to serve as our next Chairman of the SCGOP.
