Edgbaston lies to the west of the Constituency and Solihull Metropolitan Borough forms the eastern boundary. The Highgate district lies within the Ring Road and is, therefore, dealt with in the City Centre Statement. The financial statements comply with current statutory requirements, the Statement of Recommended Practice for Charities 2015 (“SORP2015”) and the Companies Act 2006. However, the financial information of these entities is not included in the BDBF financial statements. They have their own financial statements as separately constituted organisations. (See page 31 for details of the structure of the Church of England.)
