SPACE INDIA BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS is a Partnership Firm which was established in the year FEBRUARY 2009 and run by TWO PARTNERS viz. MR. VINAY SINGH, B.E. Civil and MR. SANTOSH SHETTY, B.E. Computers. We are having our Registered Office based at Shop No. 29 & 30, Payal Complex, Sector No. 17, New Panvel (East), Dist. Raigad, Pin – 410 206. Total office space area is of 3800 Sq. Ft. In Space India we are working as a team with a total strength of 40 comprising of various departments like Marketing, Administration, Accounts, Loan & Call Centre. The working in our organization is being handled by General Managers, Administration Managers, Accounts Manager, Marketing Executives, Assistant Managers, Customer Care etc. Our Main Motto is to fulfill Clients Dream of having their own dwelling place to reside having all the modern amenities at their door step. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF OUR ORGANISATION We develop Township Projects and Budget Housing Projects for every class in the area of Panvel and Navi Mumbai. We constantly strive to sustain the maximum level of Client satisfaction. All our construction services are designed and planned in such a way that they not only meet but also exceeds the expectations of the clients. Our firm has successfully managed to form a formidable client base in the entire Indian Sub Continent as well as for the N.R.I Clients. We have successfully completed our recent presentations which are Pushpanarayan Complex comprising of 950 Flats, Royal Palms with 150 Flats, Royal Meadows with 600 Flats, Kaarshni Vihar with 350 Flats and our new highest launch project Balaji Symphony with 11 Towers and 30 Storey in New Panvel, NAVI MUMBAI. From the recent survey carried out by Media, Press, and Property Portals Panvel and New Panvel are the fast developing cities in India coming up with numerous Housing Projects having all the latest modern amenities by which Clients will enjoy their life with the fullest satisfaction. New Panvel has been developed and administered by CIDCO Authorities. New Panvel is a town planned and developed by CIDCO of Maharashtra in Raigad District. It is well connected to the rest of India by Road and Rail. Even Government has given green signal for coming up with Airport Proposal & Metro Train in Navi Mumbai. National Highway 17, which is the 7th longest Highway in India, starts from Panvel. We guide them by putting forth the option of Loan Facility. We have a separate Loan Department & our executives guide the customer of every option available for them in securing loan based on their Salary & Assets. We arrange facilities through State Bank of India (SBI), Dewan Housing Finance Limited (DHFL), Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation of India (ICICI) and all Leading Banks. All the documentation procedure is being taken care of by us & we see to it that the customer gets a sigh of relief instead of running after banks for securing loan and for completing other loan procedures. We have tie up with the above mentioned banks so loan sanctioning process does not take much time. Customer’s convenience is always kept in mind by all our executives & they try their level best to clear their doubts.
