GOD BLESS, Dennis and Leslye Krieger DENNIS & LESLYE WOO KRIEGER, OCTOBER 24, 2006 Ted Johnson was the force behind sprint car racing's rise in status today. Ted was a professional promoter who I enjoyed working with from time to time at World of Outlaw events at Hales Corners Speedway, Raceway at Powercom Park in Beaver Dam, Sante Fe Speedway and at Wilmot Speedway with the Gumout Series. I was fortunate to visit with Ted this past summer at Racing Roundup in West Allis and introduced him to Ted Musgrave and Erik Darnell who he enjoyed visiting with. This Saturday at Lake Geneva Raceway, it will be our final race ever, and in the pre-race ceremony we will dedicate The Racer's Prayer to Ted's memory and his family. God's Speed Ted.
