In other words, the pattern of tourism space is located in a rural environment like mosaics along with other activities and it usually promotes the demand for handi- crafts, traditional arts, and activities that require more human labor, thereby promoting the entrepre- neurial spirit among the villagers. Therefore, the purpose of the present article is to identify and explain the effects of propellant components of entrepreneurship development in rural tourism destinations of Samen district, Malayer County. The research method is descriptive-analytical and applied. The statisti- cal population of this study consisted of 100 business owners in the field of furniture and carving. -

Interrupting the processes which control ecosystem resources has dramatic impacts on the rangeland conditions. To protect ecosystems and landscape, it needs to understand the ecosystem processes which regulate the ecosystem resources. As main components of ecosystems, patches and inter-patches play important roles in energy and materials cascade. Ecologically, functional parameters such as stability, infiltration and nutrient cycling serve as key factors determining the movement of sediments, nutrients and organic matter as well. The present research aims to evaluate and compare the ecological patches of grasses, shrubs and mixed grasses- shrub using indices of stability, infiltration and nutrient cycling. Therefore, sampling was carried out in Qahavand rangelands located in the south east of Hamadan province, Iran on three patches of grass (Cynodon dactylon), shrub (Camphorosma monspeliaca L. and Astragalus microcephalus) and mixed grasses- shrub (Camphorosma monspeliaca + Cynodon dactylon) to evaluate the aforementioned parameters. Samples were taken along three 50 m transects using LFA (Landscape Function Analysis) method. -

Prevalence, Risk Factors and Symptoms Associated to Intestinal Parasite Infections Among Patients with Gastrointestinal Disorders in Nahavand, Western Iran

A total of 1,301 participants aged 22 days-90 years were enrolled in this study. We used a structured questionnaire to obtain socio-demographic and stool examination to investigate intestinal parasite infections. Data analysis was performed using SPSS16. The overall prevalence of intestinal parasites (IPs) was 32.2% (419/1,301). Three hundred and fifty nine cases/1,301 (27.6%) were infected with a single parasite and 60/1,301 cases (4.6%) presented polyparasitism. The most common IP was Blastocystis sp. 350/1,301 (26.9%), followed by Entamoeba coli 38/1,301 (2.92%), Giardia lamblia 30/1,301 (2.3%) and Cryptosporidium spp. 17/1,301 (1.3%). Regarding the socio-demographic variables, educational status (p = 0.001), contact with domestic animals and soil (p = 0.02), age above 15 years (p = 0.001) and seasons (p = 0.001) were significantly associated to intestinal parasitic infections. Concerning clinical characteristics, the presence of IPs was significantly associated to diarrhea (OR = 1.57; CI 95% = 1.24-1.98; p < 0.001) and dysentery (OR = 1.94; CI 95% = 1.03-3.66; p < 0.04). -

Information on epidemiological pattern of injury among one‑to 5‑year‑old children is limited in Hamadan. The aim of this study was to clarify the person, space and time pattern of injury among 1–5‑year‑old children in Hamadan Province. Methods: All registered incidence cases of injury among 1–5 year‑old children in Hamadan Province from March 2009 to March 2015 were included in this cross‑sectional study. We analyzed the data on county, gender, age category, type of injury, season and outcome of injury. -

Received in revised form 15 Oct, 2nd Methods: This study is an analytical descriptive cross-sectional one conducted among revised form 26 Oct, 3rd revised form primary and middle school children in Asadabad during the academic year of 2013–2014. 10 Dec, 4th revised form 25 Dec 2015 Data were collected at baseline via questionnaire, checklist and head examination. And the total prevalence rate was 2.3% (3.2% girls and 0.5% boys). The infestation was equal in public and private schools.
