Fato Relevante HOPI HARI S.A. – em Recuperação Judicial CNPJ/MF 00.924.432/0001-99 NIRE: 35300143-15 Companhia Aberta Fato Relevante Hopi Hari S.A. – em Recuperação Judicial (“Companhia”) informa ao mercado que em atenção ao Instrumento Particular de Opção de Compra (“Opção de Compra”) da Montanha Russa “10-Inversion Roller Coaster” de fabricação da INTAMIN Amusement Rides (“Montanha Russa 10 Inversões”), formalizou na data de 24 de novembro de 2016 o cumprimento do Exercício da Opção de Compra, através da inclusão do valor do crédito pelo preço da opção com data base de 26 de agosto de 2016 na Lista de Credores da Recuperação Judicial da Companhia. Nos termos da Lei 11.101/95, os credores sujeitos à recuperação judicial são aqueles existentes (vencidos ou vincendos) na data do pedido inicial da Recuperação Judicial (caput do art. 49 da Lei) e que “as obrigações anteriores a recuperação judicial observarão as condições originalmente contratadas ou definidas em lei, inclusive no que diz respeito aos encargos, salvo se de modo diverso ficar estabelecido no plano de recuperação judicial”. Esta é a maior e mais nova Montanha Russa no Brasil, detentora do recorde mundial de inversões. Aoperação da Montanha Russa 10 Inversões está contemplada na estratégia da recuperação da Companhia, como já informado nos autos da recuperação judicial, contribuindo para viabilizar a atração de investidores no negócio. A Montanha Russa 10 Inversões cumpre um papel fundamental na manutenção da fonte produtora, no emprego dos mais de 350 trabalhadores diretos e 600 indiretos, e no interesse dos credores para que recebam seus créditos nos termos a seremdiscutidos eaprovados pela maioria dos credores quando da apresentação do Plano de Recuperação, promovendo assim, a preservação da função social da Companhia e o estímulo à atividade econômica. ACompanhia acredita que a operação da Montanha Russa 10 Inversões aumentará o número de visitantes no parque e em todo o Pólo Turístico Serra Azul, composto do Hopi Hari, parque aquático, hotel, e shopping center outlet, beneficiando a geração de empregos em toda a Região Metropolitana de Campinas, Jundiaí, Vinhedo, Valinhos e Itupeva, em um momento no qual a sociedade pede que as empresas contribuam com investimentos para a recuperação da atividade econômica.
