The youth group at St. Ferdinand parish, Cranberry Township, has planned a series of upcoming programs with the theme, "Sale and Sorry." On the Sale side, the youth group has begun a six-week campaign to educate people about the importance of seat belts. The group will sponsor a program that will be announced later and will distribute materials to create an awareness about the safety factors in wearing seat belts. On the Sorry side, the youth group is conducting a scavenger hunt through Dec. 9. Teams of four participants will seek more than 100 items lrom government, schools, local business and church parishioners. The youth group has assumed responsibility lor the parish clothing drive that runs through Sunday, Nov. 18. In addition, the organization has scheduled all-night bowling on Friday, Nov. 9; a rap session lor Friday, Nov. 16; meeting lor Nov. 18; and a weekend retreat, Nov. 30 to Dec. 2.
