Bucks Fans, With the recent announcement from the Northwoods League, our 2020 Opening Day will not be May 26. The prudent and socially responsible thing to do is to proceed with an abundance of caution with the ever-evolving situation around COVID-19.

The health and safety of Bucks fans, players, coaches, and staff is our top priority, and our thoughts are with those around the world who have been affected by this outbreak. The Bucks are closely monitoring the outbreak and will be in communication with the Black Hawk County Health Department, as well as the Iowa Department of Public Health, the City of Waterloo, and the Northwoods League. Moving forward, we will continue to partner with and follow the guidance of these agencies to understand if our upcoming season will be impacted.

The health and safety of our fans, staff, players, and everyone who frequents the Cost Cutters Field at Riverfront Stadium is of upmost priority and importance and we will keep everyone updated with plans for our 2020 season once those decisions have been made. Last season you rallied round our players on their way to the Great Plains East Division First Half Championship and trip to the NWL Playoffs. It’s now time for the Cedar Valley to rally around our local hospitality industry, which needs your support now more than ever. Several our great restaurant partners are offering carry out, curbside pickup, and delivery while their dining rooms have been forced to shut down. We do encourage individuals who are interested in purchasing season tickets, mini-plans, coupon books, group outings, or souvenirs to do their business online, by phone, or by mail.
