This winter we offered free classes to encourage Marty Bergen Comes to the VBBC new students to check out the VBBC. With your help, this has been very successful in introducing people to our club. Thank you for helping us get the word out. Check out our April bridge course offerings in the newspaper Ad below. This month we are offering 10% off to members who sign up with their bridge partner for one of the courses in the Ad.

Join us on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 23 and 24, right here at your own Club for our season culminating land cruise. Bridge land cruises are great venues for improving your game, without the expense of going to sea. Thanks to all who are enjoying the celebrity series, it’s your participation that makes it possible to draw such good speakers, permits affordable prices, and insures that the events are profitable for the Club. Marty Bergen, Shannon Cappelletti and Larry Griffey present their secrets of winning bridge. Marty has written many popular bridge books and booklets. The program includes lessons, workshops, bridge games, good food, and lots of fun. Topics will be centered on and defense. Register at the club, by phone, or print a registration flyer from the webpage and mail it in.

Jan was very involved with tennis, and golf at the Vero Beach Country Club until her knee and shoulder required surgery. She served on the country club board for three years. Jan became a member of the Vero Beach Bridge Club when her athletic days were curtailed and soon became involved there.
