He played for the Boston Celtics. Early in his career, he developed a drug problem that would forever change his life. She was surprised to find out it was not all about sports. Josh Schlotterer, the athletic director, said that the qualifica- tions for this job are centered on customer service -- for example friendliness even when the other person is being rude and disre- spectful, and patience.
