Note 1: On the registration form for this permit there is a check box asking if there is a potential for this parameter to contaminate your stormwater. If you selected 'no' on the registration then no additional monitoring is required at your facility for this parameter. If you selected 'yes' then there is a potential for this parameter to contaminate your stormwater, at minimum monitor your stormwater runoff for this parameter annually. We will contact you directly if more frequent monitoring is required by your facility.

Note 2: If your waterbody is impaired for recreation because of bacteria and your stormwater discharges to freshwater test your discharge for E. coli. If your stormwater discharges into brackish or saltwater test your discharge for Enterococcus.
