Olympiacos FC Charges: • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (stadium access and accreditation management), para. 13.3 • Minimum medical requirements (pitch-side medical equipment), Art. 10 UEFA Medical Regulations • Minimum medical requirements (pitch-side emergency doctor), Art. 12.01(b) UEFA Medical Regulations

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Olympiacos FC €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision. • To warn Olympiacos FC for the violation of the UEFA minimum medical requirements, i.e. for the pitchside emergency doctor not being present on time. • To close disciplinary proceedings against Olympiacos FC for the violation of the UEFA minimum medical requirements, i.e. for not providing the pitchside medical equipment.

Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Champions League Date: 29 September 2020 Match: FC Dynamo Kyiv vs. KAA Gent, (3:0)

FC Dynamo Kyiv Charges: • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (stadium access and accreditation management), para. 14.3

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn FC Dynamo Kyiv for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol.

Neftçi PFK Charges: • Improper conduct of the team, Art. 15(4) DR • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (stadium access and accreditation management), para. 13.3

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn Neftçi PFK for the improper conduct of the team. • To fine Neftçi PFK €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Date: 17 September 2020 Match: FK TSC Bačka Topola vs. Fotbal Club FCSB, (6:6)

FK TSC Bačka Topola Charges: • Rough play (Mr. Vladimir Siladji), Art. 15(1)(a)(ii) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To suspend FK TSC Bačka Topola player, Mr. Vladimir Siladji, for a total of two (2) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for rough play. • FK TSC Bačka Topola ensures its player is personally informed of this decision.

Rio Ave FC Charges: • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (zone 1 tour and match-day organisational meeting), para. 14.1

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Rio Ave FC €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

FC Lokomotive Tbilisi Charges: • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (zoning access and movement on matchday), para. 13.2.4

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine FC Lokomotive Tbilisi €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Date: 24 September 2020 Match: FC Rostov vs. Maccabi Haifa FC, (1:2)

FC Rostov Charges: • Rough play (Mr. Glebov Dani), Art. 15(1)(a)(ii) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To suspend FC Rostov player, Mr. Glebov Dani, for one (1) UEFA club competition match for which he would be otherwise eligible, for rough play. • FC Rostov ensures its player is personally informed of this decision.

Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Date: 24 September 2020 Match: Rosenborg BK vs. Alanyaspor, (1:0)

Alanyaspor Charges: • Rough play (Mr. Babacar Khouma El Hadj), Art. 15(1)(e) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To suspend Alanyaspor player, Mr. Babacar Khouma El Hadj, for a total of two (2) UEFA club competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for assaulting another player. • Alanyaspor ensures it player is personally informed of this decision.

KuPS Kuopio Charges: • Setting off fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine KuPS Kuopio €5,000 for setting off fireworks. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Date: 24 September 2020 Match: KF Shkëndija vs. Tottenham Hotspur, (1:3)

Tottenham Hotspur Charges: • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (team benches, technical seats and additional seats), para. 13.6.2

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine Tottenham Hotspur €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Date: 24 September 2020 Match: AC Milan vs. FK Bodø/Glimt, (3:2)

AC Milan Charges: • Violations of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (roles and responsibilities, Hygiene Officer, para. 5; zoning access and movement on match-day, para. 13.2.4; stadium access and accreditation management, para. 13.3; Zone 1 tour and match-day organisational meeting , para. 14.1).

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To fine AC Milan €5,000 for the violations of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol. • The above fine must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

FC DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda Charges: • Rough play (Mr. Blackman Camarena Cesar Rodolfo), Art. 15(1)(a)(ii) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To suspend FC DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda player, Mr. Blackman Camarena Cesar Rodolfo, for two (2) UEFA club competition matches for which he would otherwise be eligible, for rough play. • FC DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda ensures that the player is personally informed of this decision.

Competition: 2020/21 UEFA Europa League Date: 1 October 2020 Match: AEK Athens FC vs. VfL Wolfsburg, (2:1)

VfL Wolfsburg Charges: • Late kick-off, Art. 11(2)(h) DR • Late kick-off (Mr. Oliver Glasner), Art. 11(2)(h) DR

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To order the enforcement of the suspended disciplinary measure imposed by the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body in its decision of 19 August 2020 (i.e. the suspension of VfL Wolfsburg coach, Mr. Oliver Glasner, for one (1) UEFA competition match in which he would otherwise participate), in accordance with Article 26(3) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations, and to fine VfL Wolfsburg coach, Mr. Oliver Glasner, €5,000, for being responsible for the late kick-off. • VfL Wolfsburg ensures its head coach is personally informed of this decision. • To fine VfL Wolfsburg € 15,000 for being responsible for the late kick-off. • The above fines must be paid within 90 days of communication of this decision.

2021 European Women's Championship Competition: 2021 European Women's Championship Date: 22 September 2020 Match: Kazakhstan vs. Austria, (0:5)

Kazakhstan Charges: • Violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol (stadium zoning), para. 13.2

Decision: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has decided: • To warn the Kazakhstan Football Federation for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol.
