Implementation Status Overview - Supervision Missions took place in July/August and November 2013. - During both missions, the project team reviewed the full list of project activities and disbursements. The objective of the missions was to find strategies to accelerate implementation. - A new dedicated National Project Manager has been hired by DFID to help accelerate project implementation. Public Disclosure Copy - After a significant acceleration of disbursement during Q3 and Q4 of FY13, disbursements have slowed significantly during Q1 of FY14. - The Mission reviewed and discussed the agreed "Action Plan" to revise dates, time-lines, and responsibilities among project staff.

- The World Bank team continues speaking with the SDP Coordinator on a regular basis, and is planning the next supervision mission in January/February 2014. Procurement for a consultant to carry out the Mid Term Review is underway, and restructuring is expected.
