BEDSIDE COMMODE EQUIPMENT INSTRUCTIONAL SHEET

DEAR PATIENT:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. The Bedside Commode should be adjusted to a height that is comfortable for the patient when sitting.

TO ADJUST THE BEDSIDE COMMODE:

1. Locate the push button on each leg. 2. Depress the push button. 3. To adjust the commode higher, pull the extension down. 4. Once you have reached the desired height, align the push button with the hole and the push button will “pop” into place and lock. 5. To adjust the commode lower, push the extension up into the outer tube. 6. Once you have reached the desired height, align the push button with the hole and the push button will “pop” into position and lock in place. 7. To ensure that the legs are locked into position, the push button will protrude just a little from the hold. You will be able to see the push button. 8. Raise the seat and remove the pail cover before using.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Clean the and frame with any household cleaner. 2. Clean the pail and cover with any toilet bowl cleaner and water. 3. Any deodorizer may be used if needed.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

6 months from purchase for manufacturer’s defects.
