Broad access to ERA trainings The ERA Scholarship Programme has, for the last ten years, been enabling legal practitioners from Central and Eastern Europe who could not otherwise afford to do so to participate in ERA training programmes. Valid applications by country 2013 The aim of the ERA Jubilee Fund is to permit the Scholarship Programme to expand, both by awarding more scholarships to deserving candidates from the new EU Member States and by opening the programme to practitioners from all EU Member States, candidate and associated countries.
