NOTES.—(a) Each holding when vested in the purchaser shall continue to have appurtenant thereto, and to be subject to, as the case may be, any previously existing easements, rights and appurtenances. (b) The gale-days for the payment of rent in respect of the above-mentioned holdings are the 1st May and 1st November. (c) Pursuant to Paragraph 2, Part 1, of the Third Schedule to the Act the Standard Purchase Annuity in the case of Beg. No. 53 is calculated on the basis of the Second Term Judicial Bent of £40 16s. 6d., adjusted. (d) In the case of Beg. Nos. (a) 39 and (b) 42 the sums set out as rent are the parts of the original rents of (a) £17 5s. Od. and (b) £19 14s. Od. respectively, payable in respect of the entire holding, which has provisionally been apportioned to the portion thereof in the occupation of (a) Robert Acheson, senior, and (b) Bridget Lecky, pursuant to the pro- visions of Section 14 (I) (c) of the Act. The remainders of the original holdings have been treated as separate holdings and are set out at Beg. Nos. (a) 133 and (b) 134. (e) On re-vesting it is proposed to consolidate Holdings Beg. Xo. 39 with Beg. No. 94, Beg. No. 76 with Beg. No. 77, Beg. No. 80 with Beg. No. 81, and Beg. No. 97 with Beg. No. 98. (f) The holding of William Robinson, Beg. No. 30 in Schedule of Particulars lodged in this matter, has been excluded from the Provisional List and is dealt with in a Provisional List in the Estate of the Earl of Clanwilliam and William Robinson jointly, published simultaneously herewith.' (g) The holdings of Adam Benton, Robert Henderson Jenkins, William Grattan and James Dinsmore, Beg. Nos. 14, 58, 63 and 66 respectively in the Schedule of Particulars lodged in this matter, have been temporarily excluded and will be dealt with in a Provisional List to be issued at a later date.

Except the tenancies above specifically referred to, and Eeg. Nos. 14, 58, 63 and 66 referred to in Note " G ", all tenanted lands as defined by the Act' forming portion of the Estate of the said Earl of Clanwilliam situated within the said Townlands mentioned at the head of this List, are excluded by virtue of one or more of the provisions of Section S of the Act from the land which will become vested in the Commission. Any person objecting to this List by reason of the inclusion or nor-inclusion therein of any land may lodge his objection on or before the 18th day of November, 1929. Such objection must be in conformity with the requirements of Order IX of the Provisional Eules dated the 29th day of May, 1925, made in pursuance of the Land Act, 1925. In case the Judicial holdings set out in the above List become vested in the Commission under the Act the Standard Purchase Annuities in respect of such holdings shall, as has been done above, be calculated on, the Judicial Rents in the manner specified in the Third Schedule to the Act.
