ITALIAN CHARCUTERIE BAR $7 pp Indulge in the taste of Italy by enjoying a variety of meats of salami, prosciutto, sopressata and capicola in addition to assorted chesses such as shaved Pecorino, fresh mozzarella, asiago, gorgonzola and provolone. This bar will also include homemade bruschetta, Italian Orzo salad, garlic bread, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini’s, marinated artichoke hearts, stuffed cherry peppers, pickled eggplant, gourmet olives, grapes, bread sticks and olive oils. CHIPS & DIP BAR $3pp Crisp, warm tortillas fried in house presented with a variety of homemade salsas ranging from classic mild to extra hot such as salsa verde, pico de gallo, mango, pineapple, chipotle, habanero as well as homemade guacamole, shredded beef, black beans, melted queso, sour cream, corn salad, Cotija cheese, diced jalapeños & lime wedges. BEER, CHEESE & PRETZEL BAR $3pp Our bartenders will coordinate and pair 4 different regional craft brews on tap served on beer flights with cheese selections to present your guests to complement each item. For example, bleu cheese with an IPA, sharp cheddar with a ale, Gouda with a stout, mascarpone with a fruit beer and feta with a wheat beer. This station will be festively decorated with pretzels, beer nuts, cheese wheels and blocks. For the kids: We will provide a variety of soft drinks each accompanied by a cheese pairing.

WINE & CHEESE BAR $3pp Our bartenders will coordinate and pair 4 different wine varietals of ours with various cheese selections and fruit jams to present your guests to complement each item. For example, brie with champagne, parmesan with Chianti, Gouda with Merlot, mozzarella with Sauvignon Blanc and manchego with Grenache. This station will be festively decorated with grapes, cork decorations and cheese wheels and blocks.

MINI SLIDER STATION ∙ Our chefs will make delicious gourmet slider bugers with various toppings along with grilled cheese triangles, tomato soup shooters and French fry cones served with pickles, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mayo and mini beer mugs!

PUB STATION ∙ An assortment of classic bar food including dry rubbed Old Bay chicken wings, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, spinach and artichoke dip with baked pita triangles, seasoned French fries, fried mac & cheese bites, made to order cheese steaks, carrot & celery sticks, beer nuts & wasabi peas. Condiments such as ranch, bleu cheese, malt vinegar, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard & mini beer mugs!

BERRY EXOTIC STATION ∙ Our chefs will prepare a display of exotic, antioxidant-rich fruit like fruit, , papaya, coconut, goji berry, guava, passion fruit, fruit, lychee, kumquat and pineapple. Ancient grain cold salads and mix greens salad with sunflower and pomegranate seeds, diced avocado and walnuts in a fruit-inspired house made vinaigrette. Enjoy with infused green tea.

RISOTTO STATION ∙ Our chefs will prepare three types of risotto for your guests to choose from such as a local vegetables, cheese and seafood with toppings of various flavored and infused olive oils along with a display of our lemon cheese risotto balls and Chianti wine tasting glasses.

MAC & CHEESE STATION ∙ Our chefs will prepare your cheesy favorites! Gourmet mini shells and elbow pasta macaroni and cheese samplers made with Monterey jack, white cheddar or spicy sauce served with mini grilled cheese triangles. Toppings to include buffalo sauce, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon bites and toasted bread crumbs! Served with merlot.

TACO STATION ∙ Our chefs will prepare internationally inspired flour and corn tortilla tacos with your choice of fish, ground beef, chicken or local ground turkey with accompaniments such as pickled onions, freshly chopped cilantro, warm queso, jalapeños, shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, sour cream, pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole and more! CHIPOTLE STYLE STATION ∙ Mini customizable bowls or burritos with your guests choice of beef, chicken or pork, seasoned white or brown rice, pinto or black beans, corn, homemade guacamole, salsa, shredded lettuce, jalapeños, a blend of cheeses, sour cream and green and red hot sauce and classic margaritas. BACON STATION ∙ We will carve a brown sugar glazed slab of bacon and make various slider sandwiches with available condiments such as truffle honey, strips of bacon, pickled onions, relish and honey mustard for your guests as well as mini snacks like scallops & dates wrapped in bacon and Royal maple drink shooters.

TAILGATE STATION ∙ If you tell us your favorite sports team we will decorate this station just for you! Our chefs will put out picking food just like you would get right before the game such as hand rolled pigs in a blanket, soft pretzels with beer and cheese dip, popcorn chicken, buffalo wings, chili , baby back ribs and mini beer mugs!

COWBOY STATION ∙ A Texas inspired and decorated station with dirty rice and baked beans, Frito’s corn chips, Texas toast, chorizo sausage, Cajun coleslaw, BBQ ribs, country style meatloaf bites, peach cobbler and lemonade sweet tea vodka shooters.

MONGOLIAN STIR-FRY STATION ∙ Before your guests our chefs will make up the ultimate stir fry in woks! They can choose ramen noodles or glass noodles, chicken or mussels and vegetables such as snow peas, broccoli, carrots, onions, and cabbage as made in mixing sauce of classic soy or spicy Szechuan. BRIDAL SUITE $500 + tax for 4 hours – includes up to 6 people + the Bride $50 per person over the allotted 7 - $100 for an extra hour of time * Includes a bridal suite attendant Use our 1,000 square foot bridal suite overlooking hills and sunsets. Spend the day relaxing and getting ready with full length mirrors, private in-suite bathroom and a dressing & lounge area. Upon arrival you will be greeted with fresh fruit, cheese and crackers. CARNIVAL STATION $500 + tax Guests can help themselves to classic carnival treats such as funnel cake, kettle corn, chips on a stick, hot dogs, corn dogs, peanuts, caramel apples, snow cones and more. They’ll have a blast making their own cotton candy with our classic, in-house cotton candy machine! Enjoy with spiked or soft fresh lemonade shake-ups.

CHILDHOOD FAVORITES $500 + tax We’ll hit everyone’s soft spot with these youth favorites.
