He won the championship with the final result of 7 points. Second finished GM Alexej Kislinsky with the same result, third was GM Vlastimil Babula with half a point less than the winner. The Czech Championship for men and women’ 2012 – Open tournament was held GM David Navara in Kouty nad Desnou, hotel Dlouhé Stráně, Czech Republic on May 12-20, 2012. Second finished the team of Vodovod Kragujevac with 18 points, third was Lasta Beograd with 13 points. Serbia Final Cup was held in Kragujevac, Serbia on May 14-20, 2012. The team composition of the winners was: GMs Robert Markus (SRB), Dragan Solak (TUR), Aleksandar Kovacevic (SRB), Dusan Popovic (SRB) and Miroljub Lazic (SRB). Serbia Final Cup was played in 7 Rounds, according to the Swiss system with time control 90 minutes for 40 moves+15 minutes for the rest of the game+30 seconds increment per move, starting from move one. Uchwałą Zarządu PZSzach nr 17/02/2020 z dnia 17 lutego 2020 r. do składu zarządu została dokooptowana Anna Mrozińska. Uchwałą Zarządu PZSzach nr 18/02/2020 z dnia 18 lutego 2020 r. Zarząd przyjął rezygnację Sekretarza Generalnego PZSzach Waldemara Taboły z powodów zdrowotnych. Na funkcję nowego Sekretarza Generalnego PZSzach Zarząd powołał mistrza międzynarodowego Krystiana Kuźmicza. Na stanowisko Dyrektora Biura PZSzach powołano Beatę Kowalewską. W okresie sprawozdawczym zarząd PZSzach podjął 42 uchwały w 2019 r. i 51 uchwał w 2020 r.
