OUR APPROACH TOWARDS THE PRINCIPLES OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

 Customer Focus All the procedures of this Integrated Management System applied at our Organization are designed to accurately understand and meet the customer needs and to enhance the company to exceed Customer’s expectations.

 Leadership All Management Members were involved in developing Organization’s Integrated Management system. This is considered as the base foundation for meeting the QUALITY policy and objectives. A Corporate QUALITY Representative (Management Representative) is appointed who will be responsible for implementing, improving and updating the system continuously.

 Involvement of People Employees at all levels were involved in developing and implementing the system. Also, all employees are clearly aware that improvement ideas in current systems and operations are always appreciated and required as a main requirement of this international standard.

 Process Approach All activities at our Organization are treated as processes; the output of any process will be the input for the next one, and interrelations between these processes are clearly clarified. Processes inside this Management System are made based on the consideration of 7Ms –Men, Machine, Method, Material, Milieu, Measurement and Money. This calls for identifying internal customers, identifying the needs, in the same way as done for external customers.

 System Approach to Management Our Company aims at defining the System by determining and developing the interdependencies and interrelationship of the processes. A systematic approach of this integrated management system is laid and implemented inside the Organization.

 Continual Improvement Policy, Objectives, Internal Audits, Corrective/Preventive Actions, Management Reviews and the integration of the management systems will be dedicated to organization’s continual improvement.

 Factual Approach in Decision Making Our Company will make use of appropriate statistical techniques to monitor product characteristics and process capability. All management and strategic decisions will be decided upon statistical and analytical data.
