This timetable shows all First Capital Connect services operating between: King’s Lynn, Cambridge, Peterborough, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford North, London King’s Cross and Moorgate from 12 December 2010 to 21 May 2011. Details of First Capital Connect services on the Thameslink route are available in Train Times booklet B. 2 Welcome to First Capital Connect Welcome to the December 2010 edition of the Great Northern timetable. Capacity on the Great Northern route continues to be a top priority for First Capital Connect. Last year, as part of the Seats for you Campaign, the route benefited from over 5,000 extra peak seats. From 13 December, we will be adding a further 6,500 peak seats across the Great Northern route. An extra 41 carriages will allow us to offer more and longer trains providing more seats than ever before on this route. There will also be some Off-Peak service enhancements. Check the tables of this booklet for details of your specific journey. Don’t forget that we produce a wide range of handy sized mini timetables for all routes and commuter cards for our busiest stations. Pick up a copy from your local station. Engineering work can affect train times, particularly at weekends and overnight. Check pages 20 to 30 for details of work planned at the time of printing.
