ABOUT THE STATE COUNCIL:

PREMIER: The State Council is the highest executive and administrative organ of government in China. It is composed of the PRESIDENT: VICE PRESIDENT: premier, vice premiers, state councilors, and the secretary general. Ministries, Commissions, and other groups are LI KEQIANG XI JINPING WANG QISHAN under the State Council.
