The Strategy identifies the key economic, social and environmental issues facing the Borough and sets out a vision for the Borough in 2014 as a 'Healthy, Prosperous and Attractive Borough with Strong Communities' . The strategy is structured around these four aims and details a number of supporting priorities and targets to be addressed under which specific service improvements will be developed. Four years after the first publication of the Community Strategy, the Council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committees decided to undertake a review to look at the quality of life issues within the Community Strategy. This is particularly useful in the final year of the Authority as this will enable these issues to be benchmarked for future reference. -
