The Guidelines and Field Manual were produced by the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Children and Armed Conflict (OSRSG-CAAC), Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), in consultation with UN and NGO partners at headquarters and in the field.
