Led by a specially selected team of RNCM saxophone students, these workshops fit alongside the main events of the day, focussing on improving basic technique, ensemble playing, improvisation and above all fun! There will be a short, informal performance of the day’s work for family and friends at the end, and players are welcome to attend the massed saxophone session at the start of the main event (as players or observers) and all of the featured concerts in the main Saxophone Day at a discounted rate.
