The European Green Deal is a response to these challenges; it aims to transform the EU into a fair and prosperous society, with a modern, resource-efficient and competitive economy with zero net emissions of greenhouse gases by 2050. Through the Climate Resilient and Inclusive Cities (CRIC) project, the EU and Indonesia are working together to help cities build a resilient and inclusive future. We do so by building partnerships between governments, businesses, local communities and research institutes in Europe, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Clearly, there are hurdles along the way, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, our response to this pandemic needs to be a sustainable one, addressing the challenges of climate change as well as economic recovery. Just last month, in Sukabumi City of West Java Province, a flash flood cost lives and forced hundreds of citizens to leave their houses. According to the Indonesian National Disaster Management Agency, Indonesia is about to experience more hydrometeorological disasters due to climate change. The CRIC Urban Analysis Report is a timely reminder that cities cannot delay their sustainable transition. This Urban Analysis Report for ten Indonesian pilot cities under the CRIC project offers a comprehensive overview of city characteristics, policy gaps and climate-related policies in the cities of Pangkalpinang, Pekanbaru, Bandar Lampung, Cirebon, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Mataram, Kupang, Gorontalo and Ternate. -

One of the common factors im- pacting on island ecosystems is the rise of tourism activity and the associated conversion of man- grove forest’s function into tourism’s supporting facility. Those changes will ultimately affect the diversity of bird species inhabiting the island. Therefore, this study aimed to analyse the structure of a bird community in the mangrove forests of the Pahawang Island. The study used the transect method with tracking implemented. The obtained data were analysed using the Shannon-Wienner diversity index. We recorded 28 species from 21 families. -

It needed fuel was very variation at each level of Rice Milling Factory (RMF) such as were Small Capacity of Rice Milling Factory (SCRMF), Medium Capacity of Rice Milling Factory (MCRMF), and Big Capacity of Rice Milling Factory (SCRMF). In this research consisted of 3 levels and 9 samples, there were 3 samples of Small Capacity of Rice Milling Factory (SCRMF), 3 samples of Medium Capacity of Rice Milling Factory (MCRMF), and 3 samples of Big Capacity of Rice Milling Factory (SCRMF). The research system took a research for one year. In order to achieve the highest level of fuel. The MCRMF was being used efficient for the purpose of solar energy. In the current year, MCRMF has been used of solar fuel to 9.30 liters per hour per 0.60 ton of rice products, SCRMF of solar fuel to 13.97 liters per hour per 1.00 ton of rice products, BCRMF of solar fuel to 18.02 liters per hour per 2.00 tons of rice products. IMPLIKASI PEMEKARAN DAERAH KABUPATEN PESAWARAN PROVINSI LAMPUNG PASCA REFORMASI Lukman Santoso Institut Agama Islam Negeri Ponorogo | Jl. Pramuka 156 Ponorogo [email protected] Abstract: This article discusses implication of regional expansion of with the creation of Pesawaran Regency, the Province of Lampung, which was legally created based on the Law No. 33/2007 and officially promulgated on 2nd of November 2007. Before becoming a separate regency, Pesawaran was part of South Lampung Regency. There are both positive and negative implications of this expansion. Among positive implications are more effective control, available positions in bureaucracy for locals, better service delivery, fiscal distribution to newly created regency for development and infrastructures. Whereas negative implications include dispute in the site of regency office, shortage in budget allocation, infrastructure limitation, worsening public services and deteriorating relationship among key regional executives. Keywords: Implication, regional expansion, Pesawaran Regency. Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji tentang implikasi pemekaran daerah Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung pasca reformasi. Mining resources are a source of prosperity for the region, but it requires commitment from local governments, public institutions, the private sector and the community to conduct sustainable mining management. Sustainable management is able to meet the needs of the present, in the future and improve the health, prosperity of the environment and surrounding communities. Policies that can be carried out starting from licensing, monitoring post-mining land management, managing mine waste and compiling regulations that can support the realization of green mining and environmental conservation activities. The results of this study indicate that mining management in Lampung Province provides economic value to increase local revenue. However, it must be supported by environment-based policies, because mining activities have the possibility of an environment that becomes uncontrollably damaged. Efforts that can be done by local governments are by paying attention to licensing for managers, providing guidance, supervision, so that mining activities can be controlled and not damage the environment Keywords: Reformulation; Policy; Mining. -

The purpose of this paper is to examine community participation in mitigating flood preparedness. The method used in the form of meta-analysis from the literature study of various journal articles in 2011-2019 with the topic of flood disaster mitigation in Indonesia includes Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, taken from the international journal Disaster risk reduction, Sumatra Journal of disaster, geography and geography education Jamba: Journal of disaster risk studies, nature science, and from international seminars. The lack of articles in Indonesia that discusses public participation in English language flooding disasters such as articles from other countries, causes this research has never been done. The review results show that of the 9 articles used, it turns out that community participation in dealing with floods in several regions in Indonesia is included in the active category. Forms of participation include participation in the form of money, labor contributions, inter-community education, supervision of infrastructure development and the addition of green open space. -

Nutmeg marketing system is a process of distributing nutmeg seeds from producers to consumers. The bargaining position of nutmeg farmers in Kedondong District is weak. The weak bargaining position of farmers is due to the dominance of traders who are able to control farmers in terms of the price of nutmeg. The weak bargaining position of the farmers will affect the efficiency level of the nutmeg marketing system. This study aims to identify the marketing channels and actors involved in the marketing of the nutmegs, to analyze the marketing margin and efficiency level of the nutmeg marketing system in Kedondong District, Pesawaran Regency. The research data was taken from primary data in the form of interviews and giving questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the institutions involved in the nutmeg marketing system are village collectors and subdistrict collectors. There are two channels formed in the nutmeg marketing system, namely a two-level chanel marketing (Farmer-Village Collector Trader–Sub-District Collector Trader-Consumers) and one-level channel marketing (Farmer- Sub-District Collector Trader-Consumers). The efficiency of marketing of nutmeg was achieved in one-level channel marketing because it had the smallest margin of IDR29,590, had the largest profit to cost ratio of 18.69 and had the largest farmer's share of 42.86%. -

In relation to Covid-19 pandemic, the Lampung Provincial Government needs to address the threatened factors to formulate policy strategy for rebuilding the tourism industry in the new normal era. The location of this research is Lampung Provincial Government, Tanggamus Government and Pesawaran district government. The method used is qualitative descriptive obtained through interviews and FGD, with quantitative data approach. The results of this study indicate the tourism industry development strategy in Pesawaran Regency and Tanggamus Regency consisting of four components namely: attraction, accessibility, amenities, and additional services (ancillary). The long-term objective of this research: to produce a model of tourism industry development policy based on local wisdom through synergistic cooperation between Lampung Provincial, Tanggamus Regency and Pesawaran Regency Government. Officially, the Lampung Government has not issued a strategy policy in the field of tourism affected by covid-19. However, the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of Lampung Province itself should be preparing a scenario to accelerate the recovery of the tourism industry based on SWOT analysis as research suggestions. Amongst the scenarios are local wisdom for local travelers; prepare environmentally, health and security minded; increasing capacity, knowledge and public awareness. The method in this research is qualitative, the location of this research is Tahura Market, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. Data were collected through interviews and FGDs, The informants in this study were the administrators of GenPi Lampung, two administrators of Tahura Market, and two visitors to Tahura Market tours. Based on the research results GenPi’s startegy, it is known to encouraging the development of tourism in Lampung, GenPI Lampung plays an important role in developing tourism in Lampung by carrying out vigorous promotions on social media, one of which is by sending content on tourist destinations in Lampung to thep latform GenPi.co. GenPI Lampung also carries out activities offline, one of which is by creating a digital tourism destination in the form of a market. Digital tourism destination is the result of demands of era the digital considering the dominated today’s travelers generation, millennials tend to like the visit to destinations that provide new and fun experience.
