(“Aetna Health”) and Aetna Better Health Inc. (“Aetna Better Health”) (collectively, “Domestic Insurers”), both health maintenance organizations (“HMOs”) domiciled in the State of Georgia and indirect, wholly-owned subsidiaries of, and controlled by, Aetna Inc.
