It will also allow the possibility to extend to compatible certificates issued in third countries. • On 17 March 2021, the Commission published draft measures establishing the necessary legal conditions for Member States to exchange relevant personal data through the exchange platform developed by the Commission and EASA, to enable a common passenger locator form. • On 25 January 2021, the Commission proposed additional measures for international travellers into the EU, including mandatory testing before
