I, INA NANGOMBE NDATEGAKO FILLIPUS, residing at 2776 Omatando Street, Hanover, Ongwediva and employed as a career development coordinator, intend applying to the Minister of Home Affairs for authority under section 9 of the Aliens Act, 1937, to assume the surname ASINO for the reasons that ASINO is my father’s real surname.

I previously bore the name INA NANGOMBE NDATEGAKO FILLIPUS.

Any person who objects to my assumption of the said surname of ASINO should as soon as may be lodge his or her objection, in writing, with a statement of his or her reasons therefore, with the Magistrate of Windhoek.
