(1-2 pages max. in Arial 10 or equivalent) Answer them all the best you can as they will help us write you a better recommendation. Do not give generic answers, but be personal. What makes you special? 1. Which extracurricular activity is/was the most important to you and why? Do you plan to continue at university? 2. Describe the kind of academic assignment you enjoy most or one that you are proudest of (ex: paper, project, research, presentation, group project, experiment, etc.) and explain why.
