Indigenous Arts Leaders Fellowship

Application Form To apply for the Indigenous Arts Leaders Fellowship you must submit an application form, include a current CV or resume, and provide the names of three references or letters of reference. The application must be signed on page 6 (digital signatures are acceptable).

You can print a blank form and fill it in by hand, or type directly into this fillable PDF. Please note that fillable PDF’s only work with Adobe software and will not save or print with other types of programs such as “Preview” for Mac users. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it for free.

Applications must be received by the Winnipeg Arts Council before 4:00 pm on Friday September 13, 2019. Late applications or applications received without all of the required materials may not be accepted.
