June, 1935 A thesis submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Arts in Loyola University. i Vita Auctoris Victor Bernard Nieporte was born at Norwood, Ohio, Feb. 19, 1909. He received his elementary education at Saint Elizabeth School, Norwood, Ohio. He graduated from Saint Xavier High School, Cincinnati,in June, 1927. In september of the same year he entered xavier University, Cincinnati. In September, 1928 he entered the Jesuit Novitiate of the Sacred Heart, Milford, Ohio. He received the degree of Litt. B. from xavier University in June, 1932.
