CORRESPONDENCE 3.1 CBC – Result of Appeal The appeal regarding land adjacent to Albert Cottage Moss Lane has been refused. Noted 3.2 CBC - Consultation Comments on Statement of Community Involvement and Supplementary Planning Document 6. Affordable Housing and Mixed Communities are sought by 2 December. The Chairman agreed to view the document and offer his views to the committee at the next meeting. 3.3 Atkins – M6 Atkins, as agents for the Highways Agency, are preparing a major maintenance scheme between junctions 16 to 17. The scheme is expected to take 25 weeks to complete. Information is available from the Project Engineer, Richard Smith on 01785 218280. Noted 3.4 Joint Highways – Bold Street Bold Street is to be closed for resurfacing on Sunday 18 December. DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF NEXT MEETING RESOLVED: that the next meeting of the Planning Committee be held on Thursday, 1 December 2005 in the Mayor’s Room, Westfields, at 7.15 pm.
