Środkowoeuropejskie Czasopismo Naukowe” ukazuje się trzeci rok. Jest kontynuacją czasopisma „Prace Naukowe Akademii im. Jana Długosza w Częstochowie. Kultura Fizyczna”. W drugim te- gorocznym numerze zostały zaprezentowane prace Autorów z różnych ośrodków naukowych w Polsce i na świecie. Część I – Dzieje kultury fizycznej i turystyki w Polsce i na świecie – odnosi się do następującej tematyki: — artefakty upamiętniające bitwę pod Warną w 1444 r., — zespołowe gry sportowe kobiet w działalności Akademickiego Związku Sportowego w Polsce w latach 1945–1989, — Al-Saadi Kaddafi – piłkarz, który chciał zawojować piłkarski świat. W części II, zatytułowanej Teoria i metodyka wychowania fizycznego i sportu, przedstawiono trzy zagadnienia: — przynależność organizacyjna, wiek oraz staż treningowy osób trenujących karate kyokushin a ranga najważniejszych czynności zawodowych trenera, — aspekt psycho-fizjologiczny przygotowania sportowego w karate, — model identyfikacyjny dotyczący umiejętności pływackich. Część III czasopisma dotyczy problematyki turystyki i rekreacji. W tej części zamieszczono pracę dotyczącą sportu i aktywności fizycznej w przestrzeni miasta (osiedlowe tereny zielone dla trzech pokoleń). Artefakty upamiętniające bitwę pod Warną w 1444 roku Streszczenie Od czasu pamiętnej bitwy między koalicją wojsk chrześcijańskich a wojskami Imperium Osmańskiego upływa właśnie 575 lat. Przegrana chrześcijan przyniosła znaczące konsekwencje nie tylko dla Bułgarii, ale też dla Bizancjum i całej Europy. Wydarzenia te były wielokrotnie i na różne sposoby upamiętniane przez obie strony konfliktu. Celem niniejszej pracy jest usystematyzowanie wiedzy o artefaktach upamiętniających poległego tam polsko-węgierskiego króla Władysława III Warneńczyka oraz tysiące rycerzy obu walczących stron. Zastosowano obserwację uczestniczącą miejsc poświęconych pamięci o tych wydarzeniach, przeprowadzono wywiady z osobami chronią- cymi tę pamięć, przeanalizowano wiele rozpraw naukowych, opracowań popularnonaukowych i innych materiałów o charakterze informacyjnym poświęconych tej tematyce, zebrano dane o twór- cach dzieł traktujących o tej Bitwie Narodów, dążąc do stworzenia w miarę kompletnego opisu produktu marketingowego dla potrzeb turystyki kulturowej. Ponieważ wiele artefaktów upamięt- niających bitwę już nie istnieje lub istnieje w nieudokumentowanych legendach, oddzielono je (je- dynie o nich wspominając) od opisu tych, które istnieją i mogą być przedstawione zainteresowanym nimi turystom. Opisano tu więc w układzie chronologicznym tureckie pamiątki, bułgarskie, wę- gierskie i polskie artefakty oraz ich twórców. Słowa

    A Ministry of Mercy Education Ltd Newsletter Issue 13: Friday 14 August 2015 FROM THE PRINCIPAL Dear Parents/Guardians, Friends and Students of SAC, You may have heard reports in the media recently that Catholic Education SA has reviewed the Same First Day Policy and decided to allow the option for Catholic schools to offer two entry points for children beginning Reception. Children born on or before April 30 will start school in Term 1 and complete a full year of Reception. Children born after May 1 but before October 31 will begin in Term 3 and complete six terms of Reception. The focus will remain on what is best for the individual, with families and schools working closely together to provide the best early learning experiences for children at the right time. Student leadership was celebrated at last week’s Primary Assembly. Hosted by the Year 5 students, the presentation of badges to the Semester 2 Student Representatives and Tech Reps was a highlight for all in attendance. The breadth of leadership opportunities available to our students means that students with a wide range of interests and abilities can lead in different ways. I would also like to acknowledge Ms Paddy McEvoy the staff who support the Student Representative Council and the Tech Reps in listening to their peers PRINCIPAL and continuously seeking to improve our school community. We were thrilled to hear that four of our Year 11 students have been selected to attend the National BOOK WEEK & SCIENCE WEEK Youth Science Forum in Canberra in January, 2016.

It is a professional post graduation degree course of four semester duration in Physical Education. ELIGIBLITY: 1. Every candidate seeking admission to the examination for the degree of Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) semester examination shall satisfy the following conditions:- a) The candidate must have passed the Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.E./B.P.Ed./D.P.Ed./P.G.D.P.Ed.) or B.Sc. (Physical Education, Health Education & Sports) Examination of the University of Delhi or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. In case, a relaxation is given to any specific category of candidate/s it shall be with approval of the National Council of Teacher Education (N.C.T.E.)/Department of Physical Edycation & Sports Sciences, Faculty of University of Delhi. Umair Asif Department of Physical Education Graduate School Seoul National University The purpose of this investigation is to examine the role of ‘sports for development and peace’ programs in Pakistan to prevent Violent Extremism among youth. VE is a growing issue in Pakistan particularly among young people, which needs to take on a serious note. This research looks at SDP and VE globally and in the context of Pakistan. Prevention of VE through SDP is a rare approach, which is discussed in this study. The investigation found different positive SDP factors from the literature, which help to prevent VE. Based on these factors, the author developed a SDP peace model that used to analyze two SDP for VE prevention youth-based programs in Pakistan. The study also observed the impact and challenges of these SDP programs for VE prevention. It was found that SDP is a useful tool to promote peace values and inclusion among Pakistani youth and society, particularly for the isolated and disadvantaged communities. It gave purpose and direction of life to many youth beneficiaries. SDP factors found in the qualitative study are very close to SDP peace model factors, which also indicates that these factors are useful to prevent VE among Pakistani youth and Overall SDP programs in Pakistan found helpful for prevention of VE.
