Il pilota di Vicenza ha concluso la trasferta friulana con un buon quarto posto, in classe S1600, condividendo l’abitacolo della trazione anteriore della casa francese, nell’occasione messa a disposizione da Erreffe Rally Team, con Stefano Costi. Un risultato a due facce, caratterizzato da un buon avvio nella prima tappa, quella del Sabato, e da un passo più abbottonato, alla Domenica, quando le condizioni meteo si facevano insidiose. Il semaforo verde si accendeva, per la prima volta, sulla “Feltrone” e Casarotto staccava il quarto tempo, su undici concorrenti al via, cercando di riprendere le misure alla ritrovata Clio. Il sole calava, si accendevano le fanalerie supplementari ed il portacolori di Movisport archiviava la frazione ai piedi del podio, precedendo una vecchia volpe a casa come Ferragotto.
