IMPORTANT DATES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVALUATION OF EVEN SEMESTER ANSWER SCRIPTS OF DIPLOMA EXAMINATION, 2012
1. Last date of submission of answer scripts of 2 nd and 6 th semester 30.05.2012 (REGULAR) (Except Department of Architecture and Pharmacy) (To be submitted at respective zones)
2. Last date of submission of answer scripts of Department of 02.06.2012 Architecture and Pharmacy (REGULAR) (To be submitted at respective zones)
3. Last date of submission of answer scripts of 4 th semester 05.06.2012 (REGULAR & CASUAL) (To be submitted at Kolkata Karigori Bhavan)
4. The evaluation of answer scripts at the centralized evaluation centres will commence from 04.06.2012 and will continue upto 14.06.2012.
5. The scrutiny work of all evaluated answer scripts are to be completed within 18.06.2012.
6. Printed marks foils for posting of theoretical external marks will be provided to the centralized evaluation centres by the Council on 01.06.2012. These marks foils are only to be used for submission of marks.
7. The scrutinized marks of all subjects evaluated in the centralized evaluation centres will have to be submitted by the coordinators of respective centres to the Council latest by 20.06.2012.
8. The unevaluated answer scripts of 1 st & 3 rd year students only (Except for the branches mentioned hereinafter) are to be submitted by the polytechnics at the centralized evaluation centre where such evaluation will take place as per following programme.
