Anthony found his vocation at the age of 15 by watching his grandfather work. After studying electronics, he followed in his father's footsteps at the family business and took over his bouchot mussel farm 5 years ago with his brother Emmanuel. "The sea is my life. My job takes me there by day and night. I live right by the beach and my hobbies all involve the sea, too: fishing, windsurfing, kitesurfing...
