EXELON CORPORATION, Chicago, IL January 1998 - Present Senior Executive Vice President and CEO, Exelon Utilities June 2018 – Present Responsible for Exelon’s six utilities-- ComEd, PECO, BGE, Pepco, Delmarva Power, and Atlantic City Electric-- which together deliver electricity and natural gas to approximately 10 million people in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Delaware, and New Jersey.

President and Chief Executive Officer, ComEd February 2012 – June 2018 The first woman to serve as president and CEO of ComEd, Illinois’s largest utility company delivering electricity to 4 million customers in Chicago and Northern Illinois. Implemented the Energy Infrastructure Modernization Act, (also known as the Smart Grid Law), a multi-year, $2.6 billion infrastructure modernization program and corresponding regulatory model redesign, resulting in record-breaking reliability and the highest customer satisfaction scores in the Company’s 100-year history. Drove the 2016 passage of the Future Energy Jobs Act (FEJA), ground-breaking energy legislation aimed at growing renewable energy development in Illinois, creating thousands of clean energy jobs, significantly expanding funding for customer energy efficiency programs and providing millions of dollars in assistance for income-eligible customers.

President and COO, ComEd May 2009 – February 2012 Held primary accountability for ComEd’s electric and customer operations and overall performance in the areas of operational, safety, reliability, financial, customer/key stakeholder and organizational effectiveness. Provided strategic leadership to establish ComEd’s long-term goals, strategies, and plans.

Executive Vice President, Customer Operations, Regulatory & External Affairs, ComEd September 2007 – May 2009 Developed and directed the strategy, resources and activities for all aspects of ComEd’s revenue stream. Provided leadership and guidance to support ComEd’s regulated transmission and distribution revenue requests in heavily-litigated proceedings, as well as settlement efforts. Led Customer Operations organization, including Call Center, Field Operations and related financial functions, to improve customer satisfaction and service, and oversaw the External Affairs organization to support customer satisfaction.

Senior Vice President, Regulatory & External Affairs, ComEd November 2005 – August 2007 Directed the resources and activities associated with ComEd’s Regulatory Policy and Strategy organization including Revenue Policy, Regulatory Affairs and Rates designed to achieve ComEd’s regulated revenue goals.

Vice President, Regulatory & Strategic Services, ComEd October 2002 – November 2005

Lead Counsel January 1998 – October 2002 Served as the primary legal advisor to ComEd’s senior management team with respect to all legal matters. Responsible for managing outside and internal legal services on a variety of complex legal matters.
