2. Selection methodology adopted for the selection of beneficiaries. Elaborate Beneficiaries were counselled about SEDAB Project, career opportunities and eligibility criteria prior to enrolment. Applicants had to satisfy the following eligibility criteria: • Beneficiary must be from Vanur/Marakkanam Block of Villupuram District • Beneficiary must have BPL certificate • Age of Beneficiary: 16 – 40 • For Vocational Training: Basic educational qualification: Depending on course, either 8th pass, 10th or 12th pass/fail
• For Enterprise : Willingness to empower themselves through livelihood opportunity
