Doç. Dr. Süleyman DOĞU Bu çalışma Dichoropetalum aureum (Boiss. & Balansa) Pimenov & Kljuykov ve Dichoropetalum alpinum Fenzl türlerinin karşılaştırmalı anatomik bulgularına yer vermektedir. Yapılan çalışmada, D. alpinum ve D. aureum türlerine ait gövde enine kesitleri, ray enine kesitleri, meyve enine kesitleri, yaprak enine kesitleri ile yaprak alt ve üst yüzeysel kesitleri anatomik olarak incelenmiş, benzerlik ve farklılıkları belirlenmiştir. Her iki türde gövde enine kesitlerinde sulkuslar belirgindir. Dr. Süleyman DOĞU This study are included compartive anatomical findings of D. aureum (Boiss.&Balansa) Pimenow & Kljuykov and D. alpinum Fenzl species. In this study, stem cross sections, rail cross sections, fruit cross sections, leaf cross sections of D. aureum and D. alpinum species and leaf's upper and lower superficial cross sections were examined anatomically and similarities and differences were revealed. Sulcus were distinct in stem cross sections of both species. The number of conduction bundles (8-9) in stem cross sections of D. alpinum was less than the number of conduction bundles (10-11) of D. aureum. The number of oil channels (8-9) in stem cross sections of D. alpinum was more than the number of oil channels (7-8) of D. aureum. In leaf cross sections of D. alpinum were seen thickening in the mesophile middle nerve and were found swelling to both surfaces however thickening in mesophile middle nerve of leaf cross sections of D. aureum was on one side and this thickening was a form of a little swelling. Leaves were amfistomatik in both species. In D. alpinum, leaf sub-stoma index was 17+_ 03, upper stoma index was 12+_35 while in D. aureum, leaf sub-stoma index was 14+_ 28, upper stoma index was 16+_85. While pericarp endosperm in fruit cross sections of D. alpinum was about 1/3, in D. aureum was 1/10. As a result of research, it was determined that the species varied anatomically. It is closely related to D. chryseum (Boiss. & Heldr. ex Boiss.) Pimenov & Kljuykov, from which it differs mainly by its habit, basal leaves and lobes, and mericarp features. Diagnostic morphological characters are discussed. Notes are also given on its ecology and conservation status, together with scanning electron micrographs of mericarp surface sculpturing pattern. ITS sequences were used for DNA fingerprinting. The data were analyzed with the SEAVIEW package. Standardized data were used to generate a dendrogram that revealed the phylogenetic relationships of taxa in tribes Selineae (Dichoropetalum-Johrenia), Tordylieae (Cymbocarpum), and Bupleureae (Diplotaenia) from different localities. • Major Clades Within Apiaceae Subfamily Apioideae As Inferred by Phylogenetic Analysis of Nrdna ITS Sequences
Plant Div. Evol. Vol. 128/1–2, 111–136 E Stuttgart, August 20, 2010 Major clades within Apiaceae subfamily Apioideae as inferred by phylogenetic analysis of nrDNA ITS sequences By Stephen R. Downie, Krzysztof Spalik, Deborah S. Katz-Downie and Jean-Pierre Reduron With 1 figure and 2 tables Abstract Downie, S.R., Spalik, K., Katz-Downie, D.S. & Reduron, J.-P.: Major clades within Apiaceae subfam- ily Apioideae as inferred by phylogenetic analysis of nrDNA ITS sequences. — Plant Div. Evol. 128: 111–136. 2010. — ISSN 1869-6155. The results of phylogenetic analyses of 1240 nrDNA ITS sequences of Apiaceae subfamily Apioideae, representing 292 genera and 959 species from all major clades of the subfamily except those most basally branching, were compared to a preexisting phylogenetic classification for the group based on several molecular markers and a smaller sampling of taxa. This was done to confirm previously defined tribal and generic limits and to identify additional major clades and genera whose monophyly and relationships can be tested in future studies. All species for which ITS data are available in Gen- Bank plus newly obtained sequences for 53 additional taxa were considered for inclusion in this study and their simultaneous analysis permitted misidentifications and other problematic sequences to be revealed. Analyses of these ITS data, in conjunction with results of recently published molecular stud- ies, identified 41 major clades in Apioideae, of which 21 have already been recognized at the tribal or subtribal rank. No major changes to the preexisting phylogenetic classification of Apioideae are pro- posed, other than the recognition of additional major clades and the expansion of others to accom- modate increased sampling.

Barina The vascular flora of the Valamara mountain range (SE Albania), with three new records for the Albanian flora Abstract Meço, M., Mullaj, A. & Barina, Z.: The vascular flora of the Valamara mountain range (SE Albania), with three new records for the Albanian flora. — Fl. Medit. 28: 5-20. 2018. — ISSN: 1120-4052 printed, 2240-4538 online. As a result of floristic investigations in the Valamara mountain range carried out between 2007 and 2016, 567 taxa belonging to 305 genera and 89 plant families were recorded, of which 307 taxa are reported as new for the area. A phytogeographical analysis showed that the Eurasian chorological type was the most dominant comprising 126 taxa (22.2% of the flora), the second was Balkan with 104 taxa (18.3%). There are 9 endemic and subendemic taxa. Epilobium alsinifolium, Dichoropetalum stridii and Taraxacum pindicum are new for the Albanian flora. Pimenov 1 * ABSTRACT email: [email protected] Sillaphyton, a monotypic Korean genus, is described here for the first time. Tatiana A. Ostroumova 1 The new genus, based on the rare species Peucedanum podagraria H. Boissieu email: [email protected] (= P. insolens Kitag.), is clearly distinct from Peucedanum s. str. (P. officinale L. and its Galina V. Degtjareva 1 closest relatives) as well as from Peucedanum s. l. segregate genera in fruit and leaf email: [email protected] characters, as well as in nrDNA ITS sequence data. The carpological differences 2 relate to the pericarp structure and secretory system. On the other hand, ac cor Tahir H. Samigullin ding to molecular data Sillaphyton appeared to be closer to Arcuatopterus Sheh email: [email protected] Men glan & Shan Renhwa than to Peucedanum and any its segregates. Arcuatopterus, de scribed as the Chinese endemics, belonging to Peucedaneae, now numbers six 1 Botanical Garden, Lomonosov Moscow species of SinoHimalayan distribution. The latter differs from Sillaphyton in a set State University, Vorobjevy Gory, Moscow of morphological and carpoanatomical characters. 119234, Russia Keywords: Apiaceae, Eastern Asia, fruit anatomy, nrDNA ITS, Korea, morphology, taxonomy, Peucedanum, Arcuatopterus 2 Department of Evolutionary Biochemistry, Belozersky Institute of РЕЗЮМЕ Physicochemical Biology, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow 119991, Пименов М.Г., Остроумова Т.А., Дегтярева Г.В., Самигуллин Т.Х.
