The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the television and radio programming undertakings set out in the appendix to this decision from 1 September 2021 to 31 March 2022, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences. The Commission also extends the distribution orders for the television programming undertakings CBC News Network, ICI RDI and ICI ARTV until 31 March 2022.1 2. In Broadcasting Decision 2020-201, the Commission renewed these licences administratively from 1 September 2020 to 31 August 2021, and extended the distribution orders for CBC News Network, ICI RDI and ICI ARTV until 31 August 2021. 3. This decision does not dispose of any issue that may arise with respect to the renewal of these licences.
