The Mission of the Choose Clean Water Coalition is to serve as a strong, united, effective advocate for restoring the hundreds of streams and rivers that make up the watershed by coordinating policy, message, and actions and fostering accountability for clean-up success at the federal, state and local levels.

• Improving policies that stop polluted runoff in cities and towns (National & Regional Storm water Rule)

• Protecting communities from water pollution created by gas drilling (Marcellus Shale)

• Ensuring continued federal investment in Chesapeake Bay watershed restoration and protection (Federal Approps)

• Access to National & State NGO Members by GCA for local activism needs

• Larger tool box for GCA, including coalition resources, staff and expertise
