CHART OF COURSE Due to the current pandemic - this year’s annual Boat Auction | Sale will be online. The boat inventory is posted on the Y’s website and Facebook page.

Check our website frequently, boat donations will continue to be accepted throughout the summer and added to the online inventory as they are received.

The Boat Auction Committee has determined an estimated market value (EMV) for each boat. The Y hopes to sell the boats for the EMV. All proceeds help to send kids to Summer Camp.

· If interested in looking at a boat please email [email protected]. or call 236.3375 to make an appointment. · If you want to buy a boat, please email the offer along with your name, mailing address and phone number to: [email protected]. · When an offer is received, the Committee will review and decide whether or not to accept the offer. · If the offer secures the purchase of a boat, payment must be received before the sale is final. Once the sale is cleared, the boat can be picked up. · If the payment is not received or doesn’t clear - other offers will be considered and accepted.

The Y will accept the following forms of payment: • Visa or Mastercard • Cash or Check: all checks are subject to clearance from your bank.

Once the full payment is received and/or cleared, please make arrangements to pick up the boat WITHIN ONE WEEK or the boat becomes the property of the Y.

Purchased boats may be picked up during the Y’s operating hours: Monday through Saturday. Please notify the Y before picking up the boat @ 236.3375.

CONDITIONS OF SALE The Y reserves the right to sell a boat, at its sole discretion, if making such a sale would benefit the Y.

There are no boats for sale “on consignment.” All items have been donated to the Y and do not involve third parties.

BUYER’S NOTICE When the Y has been informed of or discovers relevant information about a boat and/or an engine, we will share that information. We do not guarantee the condition or the accuracy of information reported by the donor about any boat or item.

All boats have been donated to the Y, as is. The Y has limited knowledge of the condition of the boats and has shared that information with the boat description. The Y is not able to accept any responsibility for the condition of the items sold.

All items on the Inventory List are on sale now. The Boat Inventory Catalog is updated as boats are sold and any new donations are accepted.

• The Y will not be responsible for any boat left on the property. • Items left after 7 days from the date of purchased will be treated as abandoned property and forfeited to the Y. • Additionally, a buyer can not leave their boat on the Y premises to sell their boat to potential buyers.

1967 O’DAY 23’ Wind Walker 1 EMV: $3,000

This O’Day Tempest daysailer has a bunk and a porta-potty down forward. She is rigged with a main, working and small . The sails are all in good condition and about 7 years old. The and standing rigging are also in good serviceable condition and the head sail has roller furling which is in very good condition. She is equipped with a 2003 Nissan 4-stroke outboard gas engine that sits in a well. There is a Garmin Knot Meter, Depth Sounder and GPS all in one unit.

1970 SUNFISH 14’ EMV: $900 2

This Sunfish sailboat has all the accessories needed and is in good condition, however needing some cleanup. Whereupon it will be all set for making many great sailing memories. It has had one owner since purchased in 1970.

2010 NESTAWAY STEM DINGHY 9’ Bud 3 EMV: $2,200 Nestaway 9ft Clinker Stem Nesting Dinghy - Nestaway Boats

The Nestaway splits into two sections, and the bow fits inside the stern, for easy transport and storage. She has a full-length keel and deep skeg which, combined with the long waterline, allows her to track beautifully while rowing. The free-standing mast means you can be on the water within a couple of minutes, and the sail can be used with or without a boom (a useful feature when teaching young children to sail). She comes with oars, dagger board, mast, boom, and sail with very little use. She also has teak lift handles that can be attached to the bottom.

LASER STYLE SAILBOAT EMV: $500 4

This fiberglass Laser style boat has a Canadian Coast guard sticker on the stern dated 1983. She has a mast and sail. The sail does have a short tear towards the peak along a seam which should be an easy repair. Then she’ll be ready skim across the lakes and harbors with a couple of sailors.

1985 AB RIGID INFLATABLE DINGHY 10' EMV: $900 5 Ventus | AB Inflatables

This Italian made inflatable dinghy is a lightweight high performance, high-capacity boat. It is constructed with a rigid fiberglass bottom joined to side inflatable air tubes that give resilient rigidity along the boat’s topsides. The design is stable, light, fast and seaworthy.

1969 C&C SLOOP 30' Osprey 6 EMV: $6,500

This Hinterhoeller Redwing 30’ design sailboat is full keeled with tiler steering. The standing rigging is serviceable and has main and genoa sails. Numerous upgrades/repairs have been made to the vessel below decks including rewiring, as well as repairs to sails and the dodger. The Atomic 4 inboard engine was rebuilt in 2018. She has good accommodation for weekend cruising.

GRUBHUB SAILING | ROWING DINGHY 8’ “Sister Ship” 7 EMV: $200

This round bottom fiberglass sailing dinghy was built by Parker Hadlock in the 1980’s. The boat is complete with oars, tiller/ rudder, dagger board, mast, boom, and sail. It is a sound boat needing a new rub rail and transom repair.

1970 BRISTOL 30' Mariah 8 EMV: $5,100

This well-maintained full keel fiberglass Bristol sloop has a Kubota 20hp diesel engine with less than 300 hours. The standing rigging is serviceable and has main and jib sails as well as a roller furling. She is equipped with an electrical flare and Orion chart plotter. The Bristol 30 is known for its gentle ride and ample cockpit making them a comfortable cruiser. Aficionados feel the Bristol 30 is one of the most beautiful boats ever designed. Mariah was last in the water in 2019.

The Carolina Perception kayak is 14’ long made of polyethylene. They are stable and is a good option for beginners, yet they provide features that are attractive to experienced paddlers. The 14’ models provide good speed and even better tracking; they are also equipped with foot steering and have good storage space for longer distances or extended weekend camping.

The Carolina Perception kayak is 14’ long made of polyethylene. They are stable and is a good option for beginners, yet they provide features that are attractive to experienced paddlers. 2004 OCEAN KAYAK 14’ EMV: $425 11

This sit-on-top Ocean Kayak “Aegean” model is super stable; it handles both waves and boat wakes very well. She is set up with three stations to comfortably take one or two kayakers. The main advantage of this design is comfort. Paddlers with large body types, long legs, or limited flexibility will feel less confined paddling a sit-on-top. There is also adequate room for gear. She is equipped with paddles, two adjustable seats, and a dolly.

OLD TOWN STYLE CANOE 14’ EMV: $399 12

This Old Town style canoe is ready for a fun summer on the lakes, rivers, and ponds of New England. She has been well used and is in very good shape including a fiberglass repair to her stern. She is fitted fore and aft seats and a portage brace for those who enjoy wilderness camping and hiking among the various chains of lakes up in the county.

OLD TOWN CANOE 15’ EMV: $550 13

For over 30 years the Discovery 158 has been one of the best selling canoes. A tough and rugged canoe which performs well on the water. The three layer construction is designed to take a beating. The Discovery 158 is agile, stable and easy to handle - a nice choice for the outdoor enthusiast. NOTE: one of the crossbars need repair.

OLD TOWN CANOE 15’ EMV: $550 14

For over 30 years the Discovery 158 has been one of the best selling canoes. This is a tough and rugged canoe which performs well on the water. The three layer construction is designed to take a beating. The Discovery is agile, stable and easy to handle - a nice choice for the outdoor enthusiast.

OLD TOWN CANOE 17’ EMV: $650 15

The longest canoe in the popular Penobscot series, the 174 can track and glide through the water with ease. It’s made from three layer polyethylene and is built to be durable and tough. An aggressive canoe with a hull designed around pushing the limits. The Penobscot 174 is an efficient ride when paddling longer distances.

CUSTOM BUILT TRAILER EMV: $950 17

This custom roadworthy trailer is in good condition. It was designed to haul a 15’ Boston Whaler or a Carolina skiff.

1984 LARSON BOWRIDER 17’ EMV: $4,500 18 This Larsen 17’ powerboat sits on an EZ Loader trailer. The 1987 Evinrude 50hp gas engine 2 cycle --needs a new lower unit. There is a new propeller, upholstery, power cables, new seats and battery.

JOHNSON 8HP MOTOR EMV: $800 20

This two stroke Johnson 8hp outboard motor has a short shaft. It has been started and runs. It's about a couple of decades old. There is a special mounting adaptor block that can be used to secure the engine to smaller/thinner transoms, if needed.

1974 BRISTOL 26’ “Edna Louise” 21 EMV: $1,750

This 1974 fiberglass full keel sailboat was last in the water about 8 years ago. Its Yamaha 9.9hp 4 stroke outboard was last serviced in 2020. The engine runs and was properly winterized when stored at the end of last season. The mast, boom and standing rigging have been indoor stored. There are two main sails, a Jenny and a jib which are serviceable with one main only lightly used. There are also cushions, custom screens for the companionway and other gear. NOTE: Some repairs are needed: the combing boards, cockpit is soft, and there is a scuff on the keel.

SUSAN SKIFF 14’ EMV: $950 22

This sound and stable wood skiff was custom built at the Apprentice Shop in Rockport. She is equipped with oars, oarlocks and lifejacket. This design rows easily and tracks very well. She has been lightly used, well cared for and is ready to go in the water and provide an enjoyable summer.

1984 JEANNEAU SAILBOAT 23’ “Knotty Girl” 24 EMV: $2,800

This FUN23 boat is a joy to sail! She is sleek, fast and in great condition. The sails include: Quantum main and jib, unused mylar genoa and spinnaker. The mast and boom by US Spars are 8 years old. Cushions for the quarter-berth were new in 2008. There is a standard handheld VHF marine radio, new marine battery and running lights (lights need rewiring). It sits on a Magic Tilt trailer in very good condition.

1980 POINTER 19’ “Impulse” 25 EMV: $6,600

This boat is a capable inshore fishing and/or lobstering boat - last in the water in 2019. The Yamaha 85hp two-stroke motor is in good condition. It’s equipped with a canvas dodger and depth sounder. Stored under shrink wrap cover. It needs an engine start battery. The galvanized roadworthy trailer has a 1 7/8 ball.
