The alternations are valued at $400,000 and would include updates to communication equipment, significant locker room upgrades including new lockers, flooring, and improved ventilation, an ice machine, commercial laundry equipment, etc. In addition to providing a better facility for the XFL’s Seattle Dragons to practice in, the updates should also benefit the student athletes who use Memorial Stadium.
