Introduction The 2020 election reeked with fraud, manipulation, scandalous behavior, and aberrations carried out in a concerted, coordinated effort by a few leaders, electoral workers who joined in the effort, and a mainstream media willing to look the other way. There was no fraud, they say. Nothing to see here, they say. Biden clearly won, they say. It was the safest and most secure election ever, they say. This book reveals the facts of all the things that were not part of a safe, secure, or fair election. The sad thing is that the fraud impacted more than just the presidential election where Trump clearly won before the concerted effort to count ballots over and over again, illegal ballots, empty ballots filled out by machines, mail-in ballots without signatures, pristine ballots that never would have survived the U.S. mail in that condition. Trump should have won the presidential election. Surprised that he did not win? John James should have won the U.S. senator election in Michigan. He was leading before the flood of illegal ballots and the illegal pushing out of legal observers at counting stations in Detroit. Surprised? Kelly Loeffler should have won 50% of the vote for U.S. senator in Georgia, but she lost in a clearly illegal run-off election in 2021. Surprised? Her fellow Georgia senator, David Perdue, should also have won with 50% of a legal vote in the 2020 election, but he lost in a clearly fraudulent run-off election in 2021. Surprised? Nick Freitas should have won the U.S. representative election in Virginia’s 7th district against Abigail Spanberger. He had a clear lead until more ballots were suddenly discovered on a flash drive. Most of the votes on that drive were for Spanberger. Surprised? Sean Parnell should have easily won the U.S. representative election in Pennsylvania’s 17th district against Conor Lamb. But the illegal shenanigans around mail-in voting allowed by the Democrat governor, the Democrat secretary of the commonwealth, and the Pennsylvania supreme court enabled Lamb to eke out a win. And, as it turned out, there were 60,000 more votes than voters in Lamb’s district! Surprised? How many other U.S. representative elections in 2020 were won illegally by the Democrats? The truth is simple: The Republicans should be in control of the presidency, the senate, and the house of representatives after the 2020 general election—if it had been run fairly and openly. The 2020 election was stolen, plain and simple. The 2020 election was a coup of the first order. An illegal coup was staged against the people of the United States during the 2020 general election. Can we now stop calling this an election? By pretending this insurrection is a legitimate democratic process, we're playing into our enemy's hands, giving credence to the lie that a decrepit, corrupt, sickly old man, Joe Biden, has been elected president of the United States. This is not an election; it's a coup. — Peggy Ryan, columnist, American Thinker Ignoring the Facts The mainstream media are ignoring all the evidence, the affidavits, the irregularities, the impossibilities. Nothing to see hear. Move on. Sadly, the mainstream media is calling Republican attempts to call for a fair accounting of the election as an immoral and corrupt power grab when what they are actually supporting is a real coup against the American people. [The Republicans] are definitionally people who signed on to a desperate desire to subvert the will of the American people, to disenfranchise voters in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan based on lies and conspiracy theories, putting an immoral and corrupt power grab above democracy. — Jake Tapper, CNN talking head The truth is that the mainstream media are the ones who are subverting the will of the American people. They are the same people who are working so hard to disenfranchise the voters of the 19 states that challenged the election in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. They are the ones who are supporting this coup against the American people, based on lies and conspiracy theories of their own. The Democrats (and their partner leftists, BLM Marxists, and antifa terrorists) are celebrating the coup as well. In the streets. Without masks. Whooping it up and challenging anyone to question Biden’s so-called victory—a victory called by the mainstream media. And what the Democrats really want to do is to destroy the Republican Party and its supporters. Listen in to their proposal. It’s not just one person asking for such a commission. It’s many. When this nightmare is over, we need a Truth and Reconciliation Commission. It would erase Trump’s lies, comfort those who have been harmed by his hatefulness, and name every official, politician, executive, and media mogul whose greed and cowardice enabled this catastrophe. — Robert Reich, Democrat leader The Big Tech people are celebrating their win as they continue to censor talk of election fraud and any other talk of aberrations, impossibilities, and hundreds of affidavits. I guess evidence doesn’t matter in this case. Nor truth. Google and YouTube, for example, announced that they were de-platforming any challenges to Biden’s fraudulent victory. Again, truth doesn’t matter in this case. No one person should have as much power as Mark Zuckerberg, and no corporations should have the power that the tech companies have amassed. — Andrea Widburg, deputy editor, American Thinker The Department of Justice, the FBI, and the rest of the DC swamp have remained silent (except when they are celebrating the illegitimate win). Will we ever see any true justice? Not likely. That’s sad. If you think our esteemed authorities will turn a blind eye to serious secession efforts the way they did to blatant violations of the Electors Clause and 14th Amendment in the Texas case, go ahead and try. But something tells me your effort won't get far before it's met with overwhelming opposition from the national government, including its courts. — Mark Landsbaum, columnist, American Thinker The court jesters—State courts, district courts, courts of appeal, even the Supreme Court justices have joined in this coup by refusing to recognize any fraud, any real standing for legitimate suits, and even supporting laches as an excuse to ignore the illegitimacy of this electoral process. This is a coup on all levels. An illegitimate coup. A sad coup. Will Americans stand up against it? Will the courts ever take a brave stance? Just ask yourself: Who raised the issue of Court packing? We didn’t. Why would the Democrats raise an issue that was hurting them? We would never bring it up; we never thought of packing the Court. They did. It was a systemic effort, that succeeded, to intimidate the U.S. Supreme Court. — Dick Morris, political commentator Too many Republicans have surrendered to this coup as well. They are bowing down already to Joe Biden and the Democrats. They call it nonsense. They want to do away with any challenges to an illegitimate election. Move on. Nothing to see here. Let’s keep the deep state in place. Let’s keep the DC swamp in place. Let’s keep our place in both. But every American who cares about the rule of law should take comfort that the Supreme Court— including all three of President Trump’s picks— closed the book on this nonsense. — Ben Sasse, U.S. senator It is not nonsense. It is the most basic common sense to people who actually follow the truth. The book on the 2020 presidential election should never have been closed. The truth should have seen the light of day. It must still see that light! We have to ask more questions about this fraudulent election! I don't know whether the Democrats stole the 2020 election, but I do know that they tried hard to steal it.

Barack and Michelle Obama Grid Portraits Open Studio Virtual Workshops Introduction: Artists use the grid technique in several ways. Grids help artists ensure their proportions are correct. They help simplify an image the artist is trying to recreate. And grids can be used in mural work when the artist is starting with a small-scale image and needs to enlarge it to go up on a wall. In this lesson we’ll take a look at the grid technique using several Barack and Michelle Obama portraits. Materials: white sketch paper pencils erasers a ruler Preparation: Using a ruler create a grid making one-inch squares. You will need 8 squares across the top of the page and 10 squares going down the page. Mark the squares going across the top with the letters A, B, C, D, etc. Mark the squares going down the page with the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. *NOTE – The top left square will share “A” and “1” Process Choose one of the attached templates. o There are three levels for Barack Obama. Level 1 being the easiest and level 3 the hardest. o There are two levels for Michelle Obama. Print out your template and mark the grid with letters (A, B, C, D, etc.) and numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) just like you did on your own grid. Either going in order or by choosing randomly, start filling in your grid using the template as a guide. Once you’ve completed your drawing, erase the grid. Michelle Obama receiving star treatment on campaign trail Page 1 of 6 Michelle Obama receiving star treatment on campaign trail By KRISTEN GELINEAU March 26, 2008 - 3:00PM The fan's voice is urgent, her eyes wild. She is 40 years old but shrieking like a teenager. "SIGN MY BIBLE! Can you sign my Bible?" Nzati Mbengi begs, waving the book over her head as she and the crowd surge forward, shoving and shouting. Behind a metal railing, the star is unrattled, flashing her dazzling smile, clasping the fans' outstretched hands with her perfectly manicured fingers as stone-faced security guards look on. She snatches the book and scribbles her initials. Mbengi lifts the Bible up, throws her head back and wails, then plants her lips on the cover. She has an autograph from ... MICHELLE OBAMA! Yes, Michelle Obama. The 44-year-old soccer mom, whose appeal is centered squarely on her plain-talking, keepin'-it-real persona, has become a rock star. It's a weird place to be, especially for a woman whose stump speech on behalf of her husband, Barack, is all about the plight of the Everyman, her modest upbringing on Chicago's South Side, her struggles as a working mother. She knows it's weird. She says as much to crowd after crowd: "I am not supposed to be here." Yet here she is, the woman of the man of the people, who just happened to make Vanity Fair's best-dressed list, who lives in a $1.65 million mansion, who recently left a $212,000-a-year job as a hospital executive to help her husband's presidential campaign.

  • Obama and the Black Political Establishment
“YOU MAY NOT GET THERE WITH ME …” 1 OBAMA & THE BLACK POLITICAL ESTABLISHMENT KAREEM U. CRAYTON Page | 1 One of the earliest controversies involving the now historic presidential campaign of Barack Obama was largely an unavoidable one. The issue beyond his control, to paraphrase his later comment on the subject, was largely woven into his DNA.2 Amidst the excitement about electing an African-American candidate to the presidency, columnist Debra Dickerson argued that this fervor might be somewhat misplaced. Despite his many appealing qualities, Dickerson asserted, Obama was not “black” in the conventional sense that many of his supporters understood him to be. While Obama frequently “invokes slavery and Jim Crow, he does so as one who stands outside, one who emotes but still merely informs.”3 Controversial as it was, Dickerson’s observation was not without at least some factual basis. Biologically speaking, for example, Obama was not part of an African- American family – at least in the traditional sense. The central theme of his speech at the 2004 Democratic convention was that only a place like America would have allowed his Kenyan father to meet and marry his white American mother during the 1960s.4 While 1 Special thanks to Vincent Brown, who very aptly suggested the title for this article in the midst of a discussion about the role of race and politics in this election. Also I am grateful to Meta Jones for her helpful comments and suggestions. 2 See Senator Barack Obama, Remarks in Response to Recent Statements b y Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr.

  • An Exploratory Study of Global and Local Discourses on Social Media Regulation
Global Media Journal German Edition From the field An Exploratory Study of Global and Local Discourses on Social Media Regulation Andrej Školkay1 Abstract: This is a study of suggested approaches to social media regulation based on an explora- tory methodological approach. Its first aim is to provide an overview of the global and local debates and the main arguments and concerns, and second, to systematise this in order to construct taxon- omies. Despite its methodological limitations, the study provides new insights into this very rele- vant global and local policy debate. We found that there are trends in regulatory policymaking to- wards both innovative and radical approaches but also towards approaches of copying broadcast media regulation to the sphere of social media. In contrast, traditional self- and co-regulatory ap- proaches seem to have been, by and large, abandoned as the preferred regulatory approaches. The study discusses these regulatory approaches as presented in global and selected local, mostly Euro- pean and US discourses in three analytical groups based on the intensity of suggested regulatory intervention. Keywords: social media, regulation, hate speech, fake news, EU, USA, media policy, platforms Author information: Dr. Andrej Školkay is director of research at the School of Communication and Media, Bratislava, Slovakia. He has published widely on media and politics, especially on political communication, but also on ethics, media regulation, populism, and media law in Slovakia and abroad. His most recent book is Media Law in Slovakia (Kluwer Publishers, 2016). Dr. Školkay has been a leader of national research teams in the H2020 Projects COMPACT (CSA - 2017-2020), DEMOS (RIA - 2018-2021), FP7 Projects MEDIADEM (2010-2013) and ANTICORRP (2013-2017), as well as Media Plurality Monitor (2015).

This marks an improvement from Biden’s single-digit lead in a Monmouth poll just over one month ago. More voters trust the challenger than the incumbent on key issues, such as handling the pandemic. The poll does not find much shift in opinion since the president’s own Covid-19 diagnosis. Other findings show a Democratic advantage in a trio of statewide office races and a tight margin in the generic party preference for Congress. Among all registered voters in Pennsylvania, the race for president stands at 54% for Biden and 42% for Trump. Another 1% support Libertarian Jo Jorgensen and 2% are undecided. Biden maintains a sizable lead when likely voter models are applied. A model based on a somewhat higher level of turnout than 2016 puts the race at 54% for Biden and 43% for Trump, while one reflecting lower turnout has it at 53% for Biden and 45% for Trump. The results show a wider gap than Monmouth’s poll one month ago, when Biden held a 49% to 45% lead among registered voters.

  • View Big Tech Symposium Transcript (PDF)
Introduction Ryan Anderson (00:00:00): Good morning, and thank you for joining us for this important event today. I'm Ryan Anderson and I have the privilege of serving as the president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, and I'm delighted to welcome you to our Big Tech symposium. This symposium was borne out of the Big Tech project that EPPC launched in April. The goal of our project and of our event today is to help conservatives come together to clearly identify and articulate the problems that Big Tech poses to our society and our republican form of self-government, and to think critically about targeted, constitutionally sound policy solutions to these varied problems. At EPPC, we work to advance the best policies we can to hold Big Tech companies accountable for their practices that threaten the interests of the American public and we want to bring an end to Big Tech censorship of conservative voices and speech. Ryan Anderson (00:01:16): I can speak to this censorship personally. Shortly after taking over as the president of EPPC in February, Amazon disappeared one of my books, When Harry Became Sally. After selling my book on transgender issues for three years, Amazon decided it now violated their content policy, conveniently waiting until after President Trump and Attorney General Barr had left office and Republicans no longer held the majority and committee power in the Senate. Amazon wouldn't tell me or my publisher what page of the book committed the offense, or, at least at first, what aspect of their content policy the book had violated.

The Big Tech Antitrust Bills August 13, 2021 Congressional Research Service https://crsreports.congress.gov R46875 SUMMARY R46875 The Big Tech Antitrust Bills June 23, 2021 Over the past decade, Facebook, Google, Amazon, and Apple have revolutionized the digital economy. Many people now use the products and services of these “Big Tech” firms on a daily Jay B. Sykes basis. Facebook boasts more than 2 billion monthly active users. Google licenses the world’s Legislative Attorney most popular mobile operating system and runs a search engine that processes 3½ billion searches a day. Amazon operates the largest online marketplace, a massive logistics network, and a leading cloud-computing company. Apple has popularized the smart phone to such a degree For a copy of the full report, that consumers have grown accustomed to carrying supercomputers in their pockets. please call 7-5700 or visit www.crs.gov. While the Big Tech firms have plainly made important technological breakthroughs, their business practices have attracted scrutiny from antitrust regulators and some Members of Congress. In October 2020, the House Committee on the Judiciary’s Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law concluded a 16-month investigation of these practices, which culminated in a 450-page report recommending a range of measures to address the firms’ allegedly anticompetitive conduct. Many of those measures have now taken legislative form. In June 2021, the House Committee on the Judiciary ordered to be reported a series of antitrust bills directed at Big Tech. The legislative package represents the most comprehensive effort to date to tackle competition issues in the digital economy.

0 INTRODUCTION (read this or the book won't make sense) I send out a daily email called The Tom Woods Letter. This book is a collection of the juiciest issues. Daily is too often, according to the gurus, but I've more or less based my whole career on ignoring them. People write to tell me: I love and look forward to your daily emails. They're funny, they're informative, they're just the right length, they help me keep my sanity, whatever. I'm a libertarian, of course, and for a long time I directed the bulk of my criticism at neoconservatives. Sure, I well understood the problems of the left, but I thought they were almost too obvious to dwell on. The neocons were more insidious, and in my view weren't subject to nearly enough scrutiny. Over the past year or so, though, with the growth in SJW (Social Justice Warrior) activity, I've been vividly reminded of the evils of the left. Nearly all of what you read in this book, therefore, is directed at leftism. The left's moral priorities completely baffle me. They're far angrier at someone who holds politically incorrect views than they are at someone who launches an unnecessary war. And for all their pretensions to being antiwar, they seem more committed to making sure transgender folks can become fighter pilots. It's weird. One more thing to prepare you for what follows: my emails often end with a pitch for one of my products, so be aware of that as you read what follows.
